Organic vs conventional chemical composition of corn

According to de Pinho, Dias, Arbeu, et al. (2011)

They explain in the abstract that there are statisticaly significant differences that organic green corn kernels had higher levels of β-carotene compared to the conventional ones, in organic conditions it's 0.28 ± 0.05 µg.g-1 and in conventional conditions 0.15 ± 0.03 µg.g-1 and the authors said that de P value with tukey test is p < 0.05 and I've calculated it again knowing that N = 3 and my P value with t student equals 0.0181.

Also organic green corn had higher levels of total carbohydrates and total energy compared to conventional varieties:

On the other hand, crude fiber levels were higher in conventional grains - an unexpected result that deserves further investigation, and I've looked if there are any statisticaly significant differences between them in organic conditions it's 1.50 ± 0.06 µg.g-1 and in conventional conditions 2.04 ± 0.25 µg.g-1 and the authors said that de P value with tukey test is p < 0.05 and I've calculated it again and my P value with t student equals 0.0220.

Finally, the levels of cadaverine and spermine bioactive amines were not affected either by the corn variety or by the farming system, in the spermine the organic conditions are 2.62 ± 0.16 mg.100 g-1 and in conventional conditions 3.06 ± 0.56 mg.100 g-1 and the authors said that de P value with tukey test is p < 0.05 and I've calculated it again and my P value with t student equals 0.2608 and that means that there aren't any statisticaly significant differences between them.
